Full disclosure. I am a New York pizza devotee, and I have yet to find anything in Los Cabos that comes close, BUT, I am delighted with the pizza served by El Arrabalito. I opted for the vegetarian pie. It’s got a crunchy, thin crust covered with a light tomato sauce, not too much, not too little mozzarella cheese and a delicious assortment of fresh, thinly sliced veggies on top. It comes with a side sauce of garlic oil and herb which is great because it can be added just before eating or reheating so that the slices aren’t limp or soggy.
